Cancellations, Refunds, returns
Wedding stationery orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund after final proofs have been approved. Once you have provided your final approval to the drafts of your wedding stationery order, we cannot accept returns due to errors. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout. If any errors are discovered after this point, a charge of £35 per hour will be charged plus cost of materials, printing and postage.

Prints and gifts are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Gifts over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail first class signed for post. All Wedding Stationery orders will be sent by UPS 24 courier or Royal Mail first class signed for post.
